Vic’s 2008 Legislative Goals

This 2008 Legislative Session I plan to carry important and good governance legislation including bills that will:

• Provide in-state college tuition rates for all Colorado High School graduates who are legal citizens
• Improve public education accountability by requiring that all of Colorado’s kids must be proficient in English before they can graduate
• Improve public safety at our public high schools and colleges
• Extend the existing Alzheimer’s Tax Check off credit to assist Alzheimer’s patients
• Provide any homeowner who has paid off his mortgage a copy of their released deed of trust.
